I used to hate this belly of mine... so many years of pointing the finger at my mid section, putting the blame on it for my unhappiness.
Yet, it wasn't all my fault that I carried weight in my tummy.
Nature has been my main boo, my mentor, to understand my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual highs & lows.
Born and raised in Florida, most of my days were sunny & bright, yet, I didn't always feel so happy; I was constantly struggling with highs & lows that I didn't understand how to navigate.
Spring has sprung, and I'm feeling it!
