Day 1: The ‘Solo’ Sesh.

Taking a snapshot of your current health with some freeeeestyle movement & cannabis! This challenge is going to be incredibly insightful & expansive in understanding your internal compass for all four elements.

Day 2: Nervous System Reset.

The nervous system is at the core of your health; it’s either supporting your weight management or working against it. It’s so damn essential to have a good feel of what your nervous system is like day-to-day, so you can train it! Day 2 is going to challenge your nervous system with an exercise that not only clarifies the conversation with your nervous system but also completely resets it.

Day 3: Your balance, stability & confidence.

Day 3, we’re focusing on mobilizing, strengthening & stabilizing our feet/ankles! This area of our body directly correlates with our confidence. If you’re rooted in your body, really at home & at ease in this space, life looks so much different!

When you move with confidence, it creates a smooth and steady chain reaction for the rest of our 4 elements. You’ll build strength in your footing, which in turn creates a deep trust in your body.

You’ll reprogram your biomechanics to gain confidence in your mobility, stability, flexibility, strength & endurance, which are needed for self-reliance.

Day 4: Hips, passion & empowerment.

The power is in your pelvis! When your hips are moving as they should and working in balance with the rest of your biomechanical chain, you can’t deny the security you feel with your body.

You radiate power naturally & it’s so energizing! Our hips hold emotions, and our emotional well-being contributes to the quality of life we’re living.

On day 4, you’re gonna be challenged to werk dem hips! You’ll learn my streamlined exercises for the healthiest of hips that empty, unlock & open a new passionate you.

Day 5: Set your Core on Fire.

Core doesn’t have to be hardcore when you’re connected to the fire in your heart. Our thoracic spine (rib cage area) is a lil gem when it comes to having a belly you’re proud of. Mobilizing your heart space in all three planes of motion will make using your abdominals second nature! You’ll also receive a bonus workout from my How to Move Your Body Masterclass with even more bodyweight belly burners.

Day 6: Neck, shoulders, chest—Dat Crown Mindset!

Core doesn’t have to be hardcore when you’re connected to the fire in your heart. Our thoracic spine (rib cage area) is a lil gem when it comes to having a belly you’re proud of. Mobilizing your heart space in all three planes of motion will make using your abdominals second nature!
