How dogs helped me become aware of my energy.
Being around animals, especially dogs, has helped me become aware of my energy.
Dogs see us as our energy in the present moment and respond to the message we are projecting. If we're unsure of them or the environment, they take over and become pack leaders.

▪︎ Mental chatter is at peace- clear thinking.
▪︎ SUPER aware of any anxiousness that starts to build. Usually, I don't notice the anxiety until I'm about to burn out or crave coffee.
Our rules, boundaries, and limitations construct our inner world.
Creating a lasting foundation solidifies confidence, clarity, and a sense of safety that we can trust within ourselves.
But it can feel like we live in a black hole if our foundation is built on an unhealthy mindset.
Train where it feels good, and then keep going.
Whether you’re angry, happy, feeling frisky, tired, etc., if you allow your body to go with the flow, you claim that emotion and use it to fuel youuuuuuu.
No doubt we all wanna feel good throughout our day, so why not train for DAT?
