After a moment of cannabis-induced anxiety this morning, I felt the depth of my heart come to light.
Bliss— like the feeling of being underwater and looking up towards the sky watching the sun become one with the water.
But at first, I panicked.
Nature, exercise, and cannabis became my coach.
It felt like I was re-wiring my brain back to homeostasis after being stuck in flight-or-flight for so long.
It's not your job to save the world.
