I’ll be taking your group, or you and your partner through a series of body weight exercises; designed for each individual fitness level.
Each first initial session includes:
- Health and fitness evaluation
- Heart pounding, muscle building, specialized movement session
- Health and nutrition advice followed by any questions your seeking.
