I finally did it.

Today I touch on a growing subject of thought that is truly forcing people to reflect on their food & lifestyle choices...

"Should I cut out gluten?"

"Isn't being a vegan healthy?"

Each and every time I'm asked one of these seemingly life changing questions, I stop and reverse the question.

Some of us like our mornings chaotic and rushed, while most of us might feel slow and tired.

In our hustle & bustle mentally we fluctuate back and forth between a mix of a little in between.
